Dr Nihat Dik graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. He continued his education in Germany. He worked in the field of aesthetics in Frankfurt. Dr Nihat Dik founded Çapa Maya Polyclinic, which is considered the foundation of Maya Aesthetics in 2004. In 2009, he founded Maya Laser and Maya Pharma.
Maya Pharma is still the distributor of world brands (Fillers, Botox, Collagen, Skin Care, Sun Cream) and ensures that they reach other clinics in Turkey.
In parallel with these developments, with the idea of eliminating the lack of trained, expert aestheticians in the sector, Maya Aesthetics Course, which provides a certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education with a comprehensive training programme, and Maya Academy, where it will appeal to a wider audience, was launched in 2014. Dr Dik, the winner of the Best Medical Aesthetic Physician of the Year award, has started to branch out with Maya Aesthetics since 2011 and has become a brand with more than 20 years of experience in total.
Maya Aesthetic Brand, Private Maya Surgical Medical Centre, serves in 4 branches: Nişantaşı, Gayrettepe and Caddebostan. Dr Nihat Dik, also known as the patent holder of the non-surgical face lift technique 'French Strap', also provides special workshops for doctors in this field.
